Thankful Day Two - Beautiful Blue Sky Days

I got up at 5:30 this morning to take Frank to swim practice. Unlike him, I got to come back home and get back in bed. He had to swim for two hours. I picked him up at 7:50, gave him breakfast, and drove him over to Bear Creek Middle School where he is volunteering from 8:00 to 12:00 for the third and fourth grade YMCA basketball games as a timer.

So what am I thankful for today? The beautiful, breathtaking, blue-sky Colorado morning. The sun shines so brightly, even sunglasses aren't strong enough sometimes. It is a perfect day, and we have many of these.

Today I get to continue editing And Then You Dance. While I slept last night, I dreamt the name of book three . . . which I sincerely hope to being writing today, particularly since it's NaNoWriMo and my word count is zero.

Tomorrow I will likely be thankful for the extra hour of sleep our family will get tonight, but then again, I have so many things to choose from, that may not be my first choice.

I say it often, but still not enough . . . I love my life.
